The newly-independent, community-licensed 88.5 KNKX is proud to partner with Broadway Center to present its first evening Holiday Jam concert and live broadcast in a new venue--Tacoma's Rialto Theater. The concert features holiday favorites performed by the Pacific Lutheran University Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. David Deacon-Joyner and the University of Puget Sound Jazz Orchestra, under the direction of Tracy Knoop. This year’s special guest is award-winning (and KNKX fave) jazz vocalist, Gail Pettis with her trio. PLU vocalist Cassie Willock is also featured. 88.5 KNKX Midday Jazz host Dick Stein MC’s.
